After seeing adverts offering a logo design & website creation service at www.logodesignguarantee.co.uk I spoke to them by phone on 20th September 2011 & asked them to create a logo for my proposed new business and construct a website to my specifications. The agreed price was £599 for the website & £25 for the logo design. I paid by Natwest debit card the £624 by phone, but on receiving my bank statement some time later, I found they had converted the amount into USD, with my bank making an additional charge of £6.52 making a total of £630.52. I had no prior knowledge of the Dollar conversion, nor did I give my consent. This firm also trades as www.logodesignguarantee.com in the United States

Both the logo design service & website construction was being done by email, but despite my very clear requirements they did not provide a suitable logo for the type of business. I then provided a proof of a picture I wanted for a logo , together with a request to add to it a little to make it unique, which they did. Soon afterwards they started to submit outlines for the proposed website, but I was quickly disillusioned. They simply did not grasp the concept of the type of website I wanted, despite me showing them a competitor site that was an ideal base to work from. I emailed them twice, asking to speak directly to the designated designer & phoned them with the same request. I could not get past the phone operator, she said she would pass on a message, but that was not acceptable, I wanted to speak directly to the designer to convey & make clear the concept for the site I wanted.
They were still submitting revisions, but they contained incorrect spelling and were not in line with what I required. Eventually on 17th October I cancelled the site by email and asked for a full refund as advertised on their website. Later that day a lady called Janet phoned me to try to change my mind ,but I refused as I was convinced they simply did not understand my requirements and would not discuss by phone. She then said a refund would take between 5-21 days. I waited patiently until 7th November and requested the refund. I have received auto acknowledgements of my emails but nothing else. In fact I have since found on their website that if any customer is not happy they will make refunds in 5 days. This is stated under “process” > how it works> item 4 “immediate refund within 5 days”
Their guarantee is quite explicit, they will make refunds if a customer is unhappy . This guarantee lasts for 180 days. Apart from the auto acknowledgements, Logo Design have chosen to completely ignore my repeated email requests for a refund.

Several months ago i submitted a request for a logo through this website. if you look at the website there are several icons for companies that they associate themselves with, one of them is PayPal. Ironically they do not accept PayPal but when I asked them why they didn’t accept PayPal I was told that PayPal is not available with their sale items. If you look at the website everything is on sale all the time.
I gave the company a very descriptive explanation of what I was looking for in my logo design. The company offered me seven different logos to begin with and I was supposed to choose my favorite one. The seven logos that they sent me were completely irrelevant to the suggestions that I made. I chose a design and tried to work with the designer to get to a logo that I felt was appropriate. Every subsequent design was totally off on my direction. After a few designs it became frustrating to deal with these people and after the lack of real progress was being made I decided to ask for my money back. They came back to me and asked if I if they could do a redraw. I agreed. The redraw that they sent me was the exact same design that they left off with. When I complained again they offered a redraw butsent me the same exact design again. then one more time, they sent me a letter asking if they could do a redraw, and the redraw was… You guessed it… the same design.
I finally told them that I was fed up and not taking any more requests for redraws and asked for my money back a third time. They told me they would work on it and they also told me it would take up to 21 days. It’s been over a month and I have contacted them twice, still no refund. Every time I contact them, they act like they don’t know what’s going on, apologize, tell me they are submitting the request again, and then thank me for my business.
I usually research companies completely before I pay money on the Internet. Even with the overly enthusiastic website they have I fell for it. they have customer service representatives that speak very good English (or very good translation programs). My research has led me to believe that this is a Chinese company and they change their name or webpage or domain every so often.
Do not fall for this company they will take your money!

I found this company on the internet and decided to try them out for two reasons, they advertised a 24 hour turnaround on a professional level logo design and they advertised a no hassle refund if not satisfied.
I paid the extra for the 24 hour turnaround which took 3 days, the designs that came back looked as if a 5 year old had created them. After several (8) revision request, and 2 weeks of lost time, I decided to go with another company to create my logo- I asked logo Design Guarentee for a full refund and explained my position. I was promised a refund and 30 days later still no refund. I have recieved emails from the company stating that the refund was issued yet my bank has no record of this…. Please beware, this company is a joke the logo design is terrible and then you will not receive a refund!!!

I engaged the services of Logo Design Guarantee to design a logo for me. A major reason i chose them was because of advertisement on its website as a recipient of an award for good customer services and of course, guarantee to make a refund if i am not satisfied with the job.
After several attempts which led to poor work delivery i requested for a refund. The initial payment was made in Oct 2, 2012 and refund was requested for few days after. Despite several emails, the refund has not been made neither did i receive a single phone call received. A mail was sent to me in December 7 that the refund has been made whereas in the log shown below. I had thought may because wrong country was stated as USA instead of Nigeria and i informed them but despite the above i didn’t hear a word from them. I would like to make an official report and possible sue them for wasting my time and frustrating me.
